O.A.Nos.510 and 511 of 2023 and Application No.2910 of 2023 in C.S.(Comm.Div.) No.136 of 2023 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

Since the defendants 1 and 2 have already been set exparte by this Court and the interim injunction granted in O.A.Nos.510 and 511 of 2023 is being extended periodically, interim injunction granted by this Court on 15.06.2023 is made absolute and accordingly, O.A.Nos.510 and 511 of 2023 are allowed as prayed for.

In view of the interim injunction being made absolute, there is no necessity to pass an order in A.No.2910 of 2023 and accordingly, A.No.2910 of 2023 is closed.
