(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4776 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1030 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, Ariyalur Town police station on Every Monday and Friday at 10.30. am until further orders''

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4776 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1030 of 2020 dated 13.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
