This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 07.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13112 of 2022 to deposit and execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/-(Rupees Four Lakhs Only) directly to the de-facto complainant by way of a Demand Draft, on or before 20.07.2022, and on producing the acknowledgment for the same before the learned Magistrate concerned, the petitioner shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
