This Petition has been filed against the Judgment dated 3.4.2019 passed in C.A.No.98 of 2018 by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee, confirming the Judgment dated 14.05.2018 made in STC.No.455 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Ambattur and set aside the same.

2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the sole Petitioner died. Therefore, the proceedings stands abated. 3.Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
