WP No. 36163 of 2025 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the enquiry dated 08.04.2025 conducted against the petitioner and the letter of dismissal dated 13.05.2025 issued by the 6th Respondent and quash the same as being violative of the provisions of the CBSE Bye- Laws and Tamil Nadu Recognized Private Schools Regulation Act, 1974 and consequently direct the Respondents 4 to 6 to reinstate the petitioner in service and pay all the attending benefits along with all the attendance and service and monetary benefits of the petitioner.

ORDER

This miscellaneous petition has been filed to fix an early date for hearing the writ petition in W.P.No.36163 of 2025 for final disposal. 2.Since the pleadings are yet to be completed, this petition for fixing an early date is premature and therefore, dismissed. 3.Post the main writ petition on 10.07.2026 finally for filing counter. Meanwhile, the 4th respondent shall return the original documents of the petitioner before the next hearing date.
