In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 29.08.2019, the respondent had brought the child, but the applicant was absent on that day and it was informed that the applicant was in abroad and hence, the order dated 29.08.2019 was modified. Subsequently, the matter was adjourned twice on the request of the applicant. The Original Petition is now ripe for trial. Hence, the application is closed.
