The petitioner in Crl.OP.No.15626 of 2022, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 307 & 506(ii) of IPC in crime No.62 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

The petitioner in Crl.OP.No.15747 of 2022, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 392, 397, 336, 427, 506(ii), 34 of IPC in crime No.65 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners in both the petitions are one and the same. He would further submit that already the petitioner has been detained under the Goondas Act.

3. Accordingly, both the criminal original petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
