When the matter was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.164 of 2024.

2. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Not to arrest the petitioners till then.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
