PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23.05.2019 in accordance with law, and further to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the higher authorities to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 23.05.2019 and to take action against the 4th respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 4th respondent has registered an FIR in Crime No.212 of 2019 and the petitioner was also arrested in the said case. The petitioner was beaten by the respondent police and his hand was also broken. When the petitioner was produced before the concerned Court on remand, the concerned Court also noted about the attack made against the petitioner and his left hand broken. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner already filed an appropriate petition before the Human Rights Commission against the 4th respondent.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the 4th respondent is continuously harassing the petitioner and therefore the present petition has been filed.

4. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent police.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Human Rights Commission where he has already filed a petition against the 4th respondent.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
