Crl.M.P.No.8110 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10567 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10567 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 that they shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.,

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying the condition imposed by this Court and the investigation is in progress.

3. Considering the said submission, the bail condition imposed as against the petitioners is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
