Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to common order passed by the 1st respondent in I.D.No.177 of 2009 and quash the common order and reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits of notice pay, difference in wages, compensation, together with other statutory benefits like bonus, leave salary, national holidays, Weekly holidays as they were not gainfully employed anywhere during the period of non employment.

O R D E R

This Court passed an order on 17.08.2015, which reads as under:- "The above matter is listed today i.e., 17.08.2015, under the caption 'Default Cases', for non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, including the payment of batta.

2. The concerned counsels are directed to pay the batta and to comply with the other requirements of the Registry, on or before 31.08.2015, as a last chance, and to file proof of compliance, immediately, thereafter.

3. On non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, on or before the specified date, as directed by this Court, the W.P shall stand dismissed, automatically, in so far as the concerned respondent(s) is/are concerned, without further reference to this Court."

2. The matter is listed today i.e. On 22.11.2019. On verification, it is found that the defects notified by the Registry has not been complied with, within the time stipulated in the order dated 31.08.2015. Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
