This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7938 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before respondent Police, daily at 5.00 p.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has also been taken up in C.C.No.122 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Special Judge for NDPS Act cases, Chennai and the case now stands posted to 24.06.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7938 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Judge for NDPS Act cases, Chennai on 24.06.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
