This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent in TIN:33691561412/2011-12 quash the impugned proceedings dated 07.03.2014.

2. The original assessment order dated 28.06.2013 which came to be challenged before this Court in W.P.No.22302 of 2013 was set aside by an order dated 08.01.2018. A consequential recovery order is under challenge in the present writ petition.
