Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.R.SURESH, Advocate for the Respondents 1 and 2, the court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the Original Suit involved in this civil revision petition.

2. The Civil Judge had sought for extension and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
