This petition has been filed to substitute/bring on record the legal heirs of the 5th respondent C.Balasekar as respondents 6 to 18 and the legal heirs of the 14th respondent P.Sachidanandam as respondents 19 to 24. 2.In support of the petition, the death certificate of both C.Balasekar and P.Sachidanandam had been enclosed and the legal heirship certificate had also been enclosed.

3.In view of the fact that the legal heirs have the right to participate in the proceedings and this information of death and details of legal heirs had been given by the learned counsel for the respondents, this petition stands allowed. Registry to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title recording the death of the 5th respondent and bring on record his legal heirs as respondent Nos.6 to 18 and also record the death of the 14th respondent and bring on record his legal heirs as respondent Nos. 19 to 24. The learned counsel who had appeared for the 5th and 14th respondents takes notice for the proposed respondents/legal heirs. 4.Call this matter on 21.01.2026.
