ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.R.Bharathkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court is not complied by the respondent. This Court had directed to decide the representation of the petitioner after hearing the original writ petitioner and respondents 5 to 8 in the writ petition. The same has not been done.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that on 15.09.2023, notices will be issued to the original writ petitioner and respondents 5 to 8 in the writ petition for appearance on 04.10.2023 and, thereafter, a decision would be taken on or before 30.10.2023.

4. In view of the said statement made by learned Special Government Pleader, the contempt petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
