Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue the Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to pay petitioner's Employees Provident amount standing in his EPF Account No. TN/789/869 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the amount due to the writ petitioner to a sum of Rs.1,88,431/- was settled on 13.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner also acknowledged the said submission. However, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

states that the pension form was returned for want of cooperation from the third respondent/management.

3. In this regard, the third respondent/management is also directed to co-operate with the writ petitioner for the submission of the pension form in complete format and the writ petitioner is at liberty to submit the pension form, which was returned to the Competent Authority and in the event of submitting the pension form, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the same and accordingly, grant pension, by following the procedures contemplated under the Acts and Rules.

4. With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
