O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 25.10.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12398 of 2018, thereby directing the respondent to award compensation to the petitioner under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, after conducting the award enquiry in the manner known to law within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12398 of 2018, the respondent filed an appeal in W.A.No.1013 of 2023 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court set aside the order passed by this Court dated 25.10.2021.
