ORDER
It is stated by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents that as against the order of the Writ Court, he has preferred a Writ Appeal along with condone delay petition in CMP.No.801 of 2023, wherein, the delay has been condoned by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized of the matter. However, a liberty is hereby granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
3. With the above liberty, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 2/4
