This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to direct the Registry/District Collector to refund the court fee a sum of Rs.24,92,100/- (Rupees Twenty four lakhs ninety two thousand and one hundred only) to the applicant/plaintiff which was paid to Reserve Bank of India by way of RBI challan.
