The petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.03.2019 in W.P. No.3944 of 2019 by modifying the extent of land as 3600 sq.ft. instead of 1500 sq.ft.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that because of a typographical error committed by the office of the counsel for the petitioners while drafting the petition in W.P. No.3944 of 2019, instead of mentioning th extent of land as 3600 sq.ft., it has been mentioned wrongly as 1500 sq.ft. by oversight and the same has to be rectified in the order dated 28.03.2019. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would further submit that in para 11 of the said order, it has been wrongly typed as W.P. No.3943/2019 instead of typing W.P. No.3948 of 2019 and therefore, the same also has to be rectified. Since the said errors have been found after receipt of the said order, the petition has been filed seeking modification. http://www.judis.nic.in
