ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.7303 of 2026 dated 27.03.2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police twice a day at

10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court since 03.04.2026.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court by an order dated 27.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.7303 of 2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
