O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13114 of 2020 by order dated 03.09.2020 as the petitioner shall deposit a title deed document Nos.1682 of 2013 and 2809 of 2013 instead of Document No.2800 of 2013 stands in the name of the petitioner or his wife to the credit of Crime No.786 of 2020, before the concerned Magistrate.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13114 of 2020 dated 03.09.2020 with some conditions and one of the condition is that the petitioner shall deposit a title deeds of document Nos.1682 of 2013 and 2809 of 2013 which stands in the name of the petitioner or his wife to the credit of Crime No.786 of 2020, before the concerned Magistrate. He further submitted that the petitioner had wrongly mentioned the document number as "2809 of 2013" instead of document No.2800 of 2013. Therefore, he seeks for modification of the conditions imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.13114 of 2020 dated 03.09.2020. 2/6

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13114 of 2020 dated 03.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit title deeds bearing document "Nos.1682 of 2013 and 2800 of 2013" instead of Document "Nos.1682 of 2013 and 2809 of 2013" stands in the name of the petitioner or his wife to the credit of Crime No.786 of 2020, before the concerned Magistrate. The time for depositing the documents is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that when the matter came up before this Court on 14.10.2020 seeking modification of certain condition, this Court was pleased to modify the same. However, there is some inadvertent mistakes crept in the order wherein, the Judicial Magistrate Court number is wrongly mentioned as "1. Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Coimbatore and the respondent police is wrongly mentioned as "Inspector of Police, Civil Supply CID, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District". Hence, he seeks for appropriate order.

3. In view of the above submissions, the COPY TO PORTION in Crl.M.P.No.6274 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13114 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020, shall be read as follows;
