The petitioner filed an execution petition in E.P.No.47 of 2014 to execute the decree in O.S.No.25 of 2011. Since there was no progress, the petitioner has come up with this revision petition to fix an outer time limit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge, Gobichettipalayam, is directed to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.47 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.

4. The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
