Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to set aside the order dated 18.07.2016 in Crl.MP.No.1984 of 2016 on the file of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, to relax the condition dated 27.05.2016 in Crime No.598 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 18.07.2016 in Crl.MP.No.1984 of 2016 on the file of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, to relax the condition dated 27.05.2016 in Crime No.598 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.598 of 2015 is in crucial stage and some more gold jewellery have to be recovered.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court cannot relax the bail condition at this juncture.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court.
