The condition No.(iii) imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Station House Officer, Thallakulam Police Station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. vide order dated 05.02.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.1560 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.122 of 2023, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
