This petition is filed to condone the delay of 367 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 16.08.2021 passed in Crl.M.P. No.6092 of 2021 on the file of the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the 2nd respondent though Mr.S. Ayyappan, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

3. Mr. R. Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), who takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent, did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
