Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent the Advocate General of Tamil Nadu to expeditiously pass orders in Contempt Petition No.5 of 2013 pending on his file, file by the petitioner u/s 15 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeking written consent to permit the petitioner to move an action before this Hon'ble Court against the 2nd respondent for his Act of Criminal Contempt, as he had invited and permitted the photographing of the petitioner within the Court hall in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, at Valparai on 18.10.2012.
