This petition is filed to bring on record the 2nd petitioner / proposed 2nd appellant as 2nd appellant in A.S.No.636 of 2016 in the place of the deceased Ganesan.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 6, 10 and 11 submitted that the respondents have no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 6, 10 and 11. 4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 6, 10 and 11 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
