Respondent COMMON PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for willful disobeying of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.34140 of 2019 & W.P.No.34143 of 2019 respectively dated 09.12.2019. ORDER

The petitioners have filed these contempt petitions to punish the respondent for willful disobeying the order of this Court dated 09.12.2019 passed in W.P.No.34140 of 2019 & W.P.No.34143 of 2019 respectively. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioners was rejected by the respondent through proceedings dated 14.12.2020. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not received the rejection order passed by the respondent. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that she will serve a copy of the order passed by the respondent today itself to the learned counsel for the petitioner. That apart, the order shall also be send to the petitioner immediately. 5.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in the present contempt petitions and it is left open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in accordance with law if they are aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent through proceedings dated 14.12.2020.
