O R D E R

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Accused in this case have been dead. In the meanwhile, it is learnt that the accused have collected huge sums of money from various parties and cheated them. It is also learnt that at the behest of some of the creditors, who are very powerful and influential, a collusive petition in insolvency has been filed before this Court against Mr.Arjunlal (A1) and an order declaring Mr.Arjunlal (A1) as an insolvent has been passed in I.P.No.25 of 2014 by this Court.

2.In view of the same, the learned counsel is inclined to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise the points before the I.P. Proceedings. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn accordingly. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition if any also stands dismissed.
