This Application has been filed seeking permission to sell the property for which Letters of Administration had been granted to the petitioner to administer the property.

2.The property had been purchased in the name of the 1st respondent and the wife of the petitioner herein. She had written down a Will bequeathing her share to the 1st respondent and also to the petitioner. The 2nd respondent is the daughter of the petitioner.

3.The petitioner seeks to sell the property for his personal and medical expenses.

4.Taking into consideration the reasons stated, this Application stands allowed. After competition of sale, the petitioner to file necessary accounts relating the sale consideration received within a period of three months from the date of registration of sale deed.
