CMP.Nos.11760, 11761 & 11762 of 2023 in A.S.No.481 of 2013 S.S.SUNDAR, J & P.B.BALAJI, J [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J] These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 1184 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of sole appellant (V.Selvarani), (ii) to set aside the abatement and (iii) to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant on record namely petitioners 1 to 3 herein as proposed appellants 2 to 4.

2. This Court is fully convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions to condone the delay in filing the petition to set aside the abatement. Since the connected petitions are also allowed at the instance of contesting respondents, who are appellants in the connected appeals, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions.

3. Petitions are ordered as prayed for.
