2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that pending this petition, charges were framed in C.C.No.125 of 2014 and trial was also commenced. He further submitted that so far, 15 witnesses have been examined in chief and P.W.1 was examined in cross also.

3.In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives further in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
