A.No.2798 of 2022 in C.S.No.435 of 2017(Copyright/Patent) SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J In spite of making multiple efforts to serve notice on the third respondent, the applicant was unable to do so. Therefore, by order dated 05.07.2022, the applicant was permitted to file an application for substituted service. As regards the second respondent, the applicant had filed an affidavit of service on 01.07.2022 enclosing the postal cover bearing the endorsement 'unclaimed'. The present application is filed for effecting substituted service on respondents 2 and 3.

2. Upon considering the aforesaid facts, this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to effect substituted service on respondents 2 and 3 by specifying the returnable date as 10.08.2022. For such purpose, the applicant shall effect publication in one English daily with reasonable circulation both in Hyderabad, Telangana and Chennai. In addition, the applicant shall effect publication in one Telugu daily with reasonable circulation in Hyderabad, Telangana and one Tamil daily with reasonable circulation in Chennai. List on 10.08.2022.
