When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the parties and plaintiff, D2 and D4 are present. D1 is not present. It is reported that D3 is out of Country and therefore she is not present. D4 sought time to file an undertaking affidavit with regard to vacating the Seeyali street property in her possession. Therefore, the matter was passed over to 2.15 p.m.

2. When the matter is again taken up at 2.15 p.m, the affidavit of D4 has been filed stating that she held negotiation with the plaintiff and D1 and reached a compromise with regard to vacating the Seeyali street property in her possession. As per the compromise reached, she has to vacate the Seeyali street property within a period of 5 months from today. This undertaking is accepted by plaintiff and D1. Therefore, the affidavit of undertaking filed by D4 is recorded and she is given 5 months time to vacate the Seeyali street property from today. Nothing more survives. Therefore, the proceeding is closed.
