This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to relating to FIR.No.350 of 2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Gingee Police Station, Gingee, Villupuram District and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report has been filed in C.C.No.730 of 2010 before the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee and the accused were acquitted on 17.01.2014.
