ORDER

During pendency of the writ petition, it appears that the respondent has passed an order rejecting the representation of the writ petitioner against the transfer order. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the transfer order.

2. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
