O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the amount due to the Provident Fund Organisation had already been settled by the writ petitioner. In this regard, a copy of the demand draft dated 18.10.2019 is placed before this Court.

2. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner had settled the dues in favour of the Provident Fund Organisation, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
