CRIME NO.332 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to the effect that the petitioners is directed to appear before respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12050 of 2021 dated 13.07.2021 in Cr.No.332 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.MUTHAMIZHSELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 13.07.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners A1/A2 and directed them to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners A1/A2 has been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners A1/A2 could be acceded to.

5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 13.07.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners A1/A2 are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioners A1/A2 are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m.. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
