ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Section 341, 294(b), 397, 392, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.232 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has robbed a sum of Rs.500/- from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed by the lower court. He further submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is having five previous cases. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both counsel and the petitioner is having five previous cases, this court is no inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
