Crl.M.P.No.7817 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.No.7977 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7977 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Madurai and report before B1 Vilakuthoon Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 8(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7977 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
