Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
