PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, pleased to pass an order of direction, directing the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.07.2021 on the file of respondent herein in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.07.2021 in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.07.2021, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.576 of 2021 by the respondent. During the enquiry, it was found that a civil suit was pending between the parties in O.S.No.125 of 2021 on the file of the Sub-Court, Thirupathur and thereby, the enquiry has been closed.
3. At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the pending suit has nothing to do with the allegations made in the complaint and he would also submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the house of the petitioner was demolished and it is the case in respect of construction of house by the accused in the land belonging to the petitioner without authority. He would further submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner so far.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
