A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs that the plaintiffs are withdrawing the suit. In the said

vga memo, it has been stated that when the suit had been posted for commencement of Trial, the plaintiffs have not intended to pursue the issue and they have not sought for any relief to file a fresh suit on the same cause of action.

2.Recording the said memo, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- each payable to the defendants.
