This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent No.2 as 2nd respondent in the above criminal revision case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who submitted that as per the order of this court dated 28.4.2023, the petitioner has filed the present petition to implead the defacto complainant as 2nd respondent in the above Criminal Revision.

3. In view of the above, this petition is ordered by impleading the proposed respondent No.2 as 2nd respondent in Crl.R.C.No.660 of 2023.
