The matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 25.08.2021, First paragraph of the order shall stand substituted as follows: '' The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b),323,418,420 and 506(i) of I.P.C and Sections 4(1) r/w 76(1) of the Chit Funds Act, 1982 in Cr.No.1004 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

3. All the other observations made in the earlier order dated 25.08.2021 shall remain intact.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 25.08.2021 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the learned counsel for the parties.
