ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.46 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had abused the defacto complainant and attacked him with knife on his left side chest and caused injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is a case in counter. He further submits that the petitioner has also given a complaint before the respondent police against the defacto complainant in Crime No.47 of 2021. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are three previous cases pending as against the petitioner and he is a history sheeter. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner and he is a history sheeter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
