O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 6283 of 2026 dated 11.03.2026 in connection with Crime No.220 of 2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Nagercoil and report before the Vadasery Police Station, Nagercoil, twice a day at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6283 of 2026 dated 11.03.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Vadasery Police Station, Nagercoil every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 27.05.2026 AT Note:
