the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records of the 1st respondent in order dated 26.06.2018 in Ref. No.808/Health/ H5/UG/ 2018-19/68 and order dated 26.06.2018 in Ref.No.510/ Health/ H5/ NEET/2018-UG/ 2018-19/69 quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from unilaterally imposing any kind of seat sharing upon the petitioner Institution in the MBBS course during the academic year 2018-2019.
Prayer in W.P.No.16209 of 2018: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records of the 1st respondent in order dated 26.06.2018 in Ref. No.510/ Health/ H5/UG/ 2018-19/69 and order dated 27.06.2018 in Ref.No.510/ Health/ H5/ NEET/2018-UG/ 2018-19/71 quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to allot students belonging to Christian minority for admission into the MBBS course in the petitioner for the academic year 2018-19 onwards irrespective of their place of domicile.

No.510/ Health/ H5/UG/ 2018-19/69 and order dated 27.06.2018 in Ref.No.510/ Health/ H5/ NEET/2018-UG/ 2018-19/71 quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondent to 2/4
permit eligible students to apply for admission in the NRI quota in the MBBS course offered by the petitioner institution and allot them for admission in the NRI Quota based on inter se merit through common counselling during the academic year 2018-2019.
